It is our pleasure to introduce ESPR’s new taskforce: Interventional Radiology
The taskforce chaired by Ralph Gnannt (Zurich/CH), Simon McGuirk (Birmingham/UK), and Stéphanie Franchi-Abella (Le Kremlin-Bicêtre/FR), together with the rest of the group aim to:
- create a consensus of praxis in Paediatric Interventional Radiology in Europe
- name experts in Europe who can be contacted for help and are willing to travel to give support in procedures
- create an online forum where ESPR members can discuss cases
- build research collaborations especially for rare diseases
- improve patient safety
